Therefore, we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following four points.

[Request for use]

1. Hiroba is a playground for infants who cannot wear masks, and a certain risk of infection cannot be avoided. Please be aware of this in advance when using this service .

2. In order to ensure that each other can use the hiroba with peace of mind, if a child (including siblings) is enrolled in a facility where a child (including siblings) is enrolled and a person who is positive for the new coronavirus infection occurs in the same class, etc., by 2 days before using the hiroba, Please refrain from using it.

3. Before using the open space, please come after measuring the temperature of both parents and children. If you are not feeling well, please refrain from using it.

4. If you are found to be positive for COVID-19 after using the open space and the date of use of the open space falls within the period of 2 days before the onset of symptoms, please contact the facility.

About how to use the child care open space

In consideration of the prevention of the new coronavirus infection, we have set a limit on the number of people who can use the child care open space, and operate it by telephone reservation system .

In order to allow as many people as possible to use it, please be sure to contact us to cancel if you cannot use it .

Requests when using

Registration is required to use the child care plaza .
Residents can make same-day reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. If you live outside the ward, you can use it by phone reservation only on the day of use.
Reservations for residents ⇒ Reservations can be made from the week before the day you want to use it until the day you want to use it. Telephone reservations for the previous week will begin on Monday, excluding holidays.

Please make a reservation by phone at the child care plaza you want to use. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, it is not possible to use without a reservation.
In principle, reservations are made once a week. (Varies by facility)

In principle, once a week

(Note) Residents of the ward can make a second reservation on the day of child-rearing plaza Nishikata if there is space available.

(Note) There is no limit to the number of times children can use Shiomi and Edogawabashi Child-rearing Plazas, as long as there are vacancies on the day. (1 slot per day)

Depending on the scale of the facility and the age of the users, we will set the upper limit of the number of users for each facility.
One application is for one group (up to two parents and a child). (*One guardian and two children are counted as one set for child care plaza water supply.)
Parents and their children are counted as one pair, and acquaintances and friends are counted separately. note that.

[ Others ]

You can come and go at any time as long as it is within the reserved time. Please use it according to your child's situation.
As a general rule, you cannot bring your own lunch or snacks. (Some facilities have lunchtime)
There is no problem with hydration for physical condition management.
Please be careful not to become "three dense".
Please follow the instructions of the instructor in the open space.
