Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

How many vaccination tickets will be sent to people who have been vaccinated once or twice?

[Those who were sent out all at once on June 30] We sent out 3 doses of pre-examination slips uniformly to those who have completed 3 doses of vaccination (and have a record in the ward).
[Those who applied and shipped individually] Based on the application, we have issued the required number.

*To avoid over-vaccination, please check the maternal and child health handbook in advance regarding the vaccination history of the recipient.
(Individuals who do not have a history of 3 doses of vaccination in the ward system will receive a pre-vaccination form in the same way as those who have not been vaccinated, even if they have completed 3 doses of vaccination. please.)

I have received 1 or 2 doses in the past, but have not received a 3rd dose. Should I start over from the first time?

The government indicates that those who have interrupted vaccination will be vaccinated for the remaining number of doses without starting over from the first time.

I don't know what vaccines I have had in the past. (What should I do if I don't know how many times I hit in the past and which one I hit?)

There may be a record of your vaccinations, so please consult with your vaccination doctor first. If you have received a subsidy from Nerima Ward (inoculated with a pre-examination form issued by the ward), there may be records left in Nerima Ward. Please make a separate request for history inquiries.
If you do not know the number of vaccinations or the type of vaccine, please consult with a vaccination doctor.

I have been inoculated with the 9-valent vaccine (once and twice). Can I continue to receive bivalent/tetravalent vaccinations?

In principle, vaccination should be completed with the same type of vaccine. (Routine Vaccination Implementation Guidelines)
Compatibility between the 9-valent vaccine and the 2-valent and 4-valent vaccines has not been confirmed, so please consult with your vaccination doctor first.
