(1) From May 2021 to April 2022, illegally billed and received payment expenses for attending a school on a day when the child was not attending.
(2) From May 2021 to April 2022, in conjunction with the fraudulent billing, the service provision record was forged on the assumption that the child attended the school on a day when the child was not attending.
Efforts of the ward to prevent recurrence
The City will inform the 18 Designated Day Support Centers for Children with Disabilities and the corporations that operate the offices regarding this matter, and will provide guidance on proper operation of the offices. Going forward, we will strive to ensure even more appropriate business operations, such as by confirming the status of legal compliance during on-site guidance and group guidance.
