The number of people who can be vaccinated without a reservation is limited.
If the number of vaccinations that can be accepted at each venue exceeds the number, you will not be able to receive vaccinations without a reservation for that day.
In order to ensure that you are vaccinated, please make a reservation as much as possible before coming to the clinic.

Appointment for corona vaccination

You can get your 3rd , 4th, and 5th doses without a reservation at the group vaccination venues in the municipal facilities listed below. Please come directly to the clinic with your vaccination ticket, pre-examination slip, and identity verification documents .
As soon as the number that can be accepted at each venue is exhausted, the reception will be closed. Please note that you cannot be vaccinated without a reservation after the reception is closed.
Vaccines that can be vaccinated without an appointment are the vaccines used at the vaccination venue.

(explanatory note) From the last inoculation, it applies to one where three months or more pass.

(explanatory note) We do not accept inoculation without reservation on day when we do not carry out inoculation . Please check the list of group vaccination venues for the date of vaccination at each venue.

We are giving priority to the vaccination of the visitors who have pre-booked.
In order to avoid congestion and crowding in the venue, we will guide about 5 people per hour, so you may be asked to wait at the reception .
If you would like to be vaccinated without an appointment, please arrive early in advance.

From reception start time 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(2) Shakujii Park Citizen Exchange Center (a few people = number of remaining slots if there are vacancies in reservations)
From reception start time 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(3) Tokio Marine & Nichido Shakujii Sports Center (30 people/day)
From reception start time 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(4) Labor Welfare Hall (Few people = number of remaining slots if there are vacancies in the reservation)
From reception start time 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(5) Hayamiya District Community Center/Nishi-Oizumi District Community Center (Few people = number of remaining slots if there are vacancies in the reservation)
(Implementation period: January 7 (Saturday) to January 14 (Saturday))
