We are setting up a fund.

How to use the next-generation development environment improvement fund such as compulsory education facility equipment (example)

・Elementary school schoolyard renovation work
・Maintenance of air-conditioning equipment for school lunch kitchens in junior high schools
・Subsidies for construction costs of nursery schools established by private businesses, etc.

▼The fund was also used for the construction costs of the new Aiichi Elementary School building completed in 2016.

How to donate

1. After considering the purpose of the donation, please contact the department in charge below.

2. Please fill in the "Shinjuku Ward Compulsory Education Facility Maintenance Fund Contribution Form" and send it to the following mailing address.
For those who use the one-stop exception system, please fill out the "Municipal Inhabitant Tax / Prefectural Inhabitant Tax Tax Credit for Donation Special Application Form" and submit your identity verification documents ("About identity verification documents for special application") Please enclose it together with the reference.

3. We will return and send you a payment slip.
Please make the transfer at a nearby special branch office, bank or other financial institution.

tax incentives

Donations made to the Fund for Improving the Environment for Raising Next-Generation Children, such as the Development of Compulsory Educational Facilities, are eligible for donation deductions when filing income tax and corporate tax returns (or inhabitant tax returns).
*For details, please contact the tax office with jurisdiction or the tax department of the municipality where you live.

In order to receive tax exemption, in principle, it is necessary to file a final tax return. However, the combined amount of income tax deduction and resident tax deduction will be deducted from the amount of resident tax payable to the municipality where you live.
However, if the person who submitted the one-stop exception application has moved by January 10th of the following year, it will be necessary to change the information, so please contact us.
