1. Must be 12 years old or older and live in Meguro Ward
2. Being unable to go to the vaccination venue because you are constantly bedridden or in a similar condition
3. Have permission to vaccinate from your family doctor
4. It is possible for family members to be present at the time of home-visit vaccination.

The days of the week on which home-visit vaccinations are carried out are as shown in the table, and will be carried out based on the application status.
