When to send the 3rd, 4th, and 5th vaccination tickets
The 3rd, 4th, and 5th vaccination tickets will be sent according to the following schedule, approximately 2 weeks before the 3 months from the date of the last vaccination.
(Explanatory note) If the vaccination ticket does not arrive even after the delivery time, or if it is lost, please apply for issuance of the vaccination ticket .
(Note) Those who have been vaccinated against the Omicron strain will not receive the next vaccination at this time.

At municipal facilities, people infected with the new coronavirus cannot be vaccinated until the medical treatment period (work restrictions) is over (released). After the convalescence period is over, you can be vaccinated if you are clinically recovered and the doctor who interviews you determines that you can be vaccinated. For those who were infected after completing the second vaccination, the third vaccination is recommended after 3 months have passed. In addition, those who have been in close contact cannot be vaccinated until the end of the health observation period.
