If you have a resident card in Meguro Ward and do not have the 1st and 2nd vaccination tickets for the new coronavirus vaccine, you will need to apply for issuance of the vaccination ticket. Please see the following page for details.

Meguro Ward uses Pfizer's original strain vaccine. In the 1st and 2nd inoculations, the vaccine for the Omicron strain cannot be inoculated.
