About vaccination against Omicron strain
Please confirm the following about the subjects of the bivalent vaccination corresponding to the Omicron strain and the conventional strain.
Since November 2022, we have been inoculating bivalent vaccines compatible with Pfizer's Omicron strain (BA.4/5). Even with a /5 compatible type, it is thought that the induced immunity will also respond to a wider variety of new coronaviruses due to the presence of two types of components, the conventional strain and the Omicron strain.
