When to send the vaccination ticket
Vaccination tickets have been sent to all eligible people.
If you are about to turn 12 years old, you can use the "children's" vaccination ticket that you have already received.
Also, if you are moving in, you need to apply for issuance .
Vaccine used
Pfizer vaccine
After the 1st dose, usually take the 2nd dose at an interval of 3 weeks (if more than 3 weeks have passed since the first dose, take the 2nd dose as soon as possible).
Moderna vaccine
After the 1st dose, you should receive the 2nd dose usually at 4-week intervals.
(explanatory note) Please receive inoculation of the same vaccine for the second time.

Those who make a reservation for the 1st and 2nd doses can be vaccinated at theShakujii Park Community Center . It is held every Friday.
