Infection prevention items (masks and gloves) [7th edition of 2021] for preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection have been provided by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and will be distributed to nursing care service offices in the city.

About correspondence of new coronavirus infectious disease and contact list at the time of infected person outbreak [March 10, 2022 update]

If an employee or user becomes infected at the office, please report to the Nursing Care Insurance Division, and depending on the status of the infected person, ask the office to create and submit materials to identify close contacts. may be required.

Workers of in-home service businesses and home-visit service businesses residing in Bunkyo Ward will be included in priority vaccination targets as workers of facilities for the elderly.

For this reason, after checking the content on the Bunkyo City website, businesses wishing to receive priority vaccinations are requested to summarize the intentions of the business establishment and workers, and submit it using the registration form.

After explaining to the workers, please summarize the target persons who wish to receive priority vaccination at the business establishment, and submit the intention of the business establishment to the following submission destination.
