What is a new coronavirus vaccination certificate (vaccine passport)?
The vaccination certificate is issued based on the application from the recipient as a public proof of the fact that the new corona vaccination was carried out in each municipality based on the Immunization Act.
With the start of the third vaccination, the format of the certificate (paper) was changed and the vaccination certificate was digitized. To apply digitally, you will need your My Number Card.
The paper vaccination certificate obtained so far is still valid. However, some countries may require a two-dimensional code, so please refer to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (external site) when traveling abroad. etc.

(a) Novel coronavirus vaccination certificate application form (b) For overseas use, a copy of the passport (passport) to be used when traveling (a copy so that the passport number and name in Roman letters can be confirmed)
(c) For domestic use, a copy of identification documents such as driver's license, health insurance card, etc.
