Eligible person

Those who meet all of the following A, B, and C requirements are eligible.

A: Requirements for payment (must be one of 1 to 4)

1. Households that have finished re-borrowing comprehensive support funds
2. Households that have finished borrowing the first loan of emergency small funds and general support funds / Households that will be the final borrowing month by the end of December 2022
3. Households for whom re-loaning of comprehensive support funds was disapproved
4. Households that consulted about re-loaning comprehensive support funds but did not apply

C: Job search requirements (must be either 1 or 2)

1. Applying for a job at a public employment security office (Hello Work) or a free public job placement window established by a local government and conducting job-hunting activities
2. If it is difficult for you to become independent through employment, and if it is difficult to maintain your livelihood after the benefits have ended, you should apply for public assistance.

2 Application by mail

Once you have completed the checklist items, please mail the application form and required attachments.

(1) Application acceptance period

From July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022 (valid postmarked on December 31, 2022) *The application period has been extended.

 

(Note) Please note that applications cannot be accepted after the above application period.

(2) Where to submit application documents

     Please mail the application form and required documents to the following person in charge. Postage will be your responsibility. We recommend using registered mail.

3 Examination ~ payment decision

• If there are any deficiencies in the materials or descriptions submitted at the time of application, we will not be able to make a payment decision, so we will call you to confirm. Please keep a copy of the documents to be submitted.
• The payment requirements will be confirmed by examining the application documents, and the ward will send a "New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Independence Support Fund Payment Decision Notification" and perform the transfer procedure for the support money.
• After the payment is decided, it will be deposited into the designated account in about one month. The payment amount is as follows.
• In addition, as a result of the examination, for the payment applicant who was judged to be unable to receive payment, specify the reason for non-payment and submit the "New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Independence Support Fund Non-Payment Notification". will send.

4 After payment decision

• Payment will be made every January. If you meet the monthly job search requirements, we will continue to provide the next month.
• After the payment is decided, in order to confirm the requirements for job-seeking activities, please submit the "Job-Seeking Status Report", "Independence Counseling Support Organization Consultation Confirmation Form", "Vocational Counseling Confirmation Sheet", and "Regular Job Hunting Report" every month. Each form will be enclosed when sending the payment decision notification.
