About contact from the public health center

We are sending short emails to everyone who has received an outbreak report from a medical institution. Please be sure to read the URL of the website dedicated to infected people, which includes information on medical care and where to consult about your physical condition. If you do not receive a text message from the public health center, please contact the Shibuya Ward New Coronavirus Consultation Desk (Phone: 03-3463-3650). The public health center will only call people who are at particularly high risk of becoming seriously ill.

About close contact investigation

For the time being, the Shibuya Ward Public Health Center will not select close contacts. For the criteria for close contact, please refer to the page on how to deal with people who have been in close contact with the new coronavirus infection and make decisions at each office. For nursery schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, welfare facilities, and hospitals, the department in charge indicates the standards to each facility in advance.
