Eligibility for issuance of notice of work restriction

Those who have been diagnosed with the new coronavirus infection at a medical institution are eligible for issuance.

Notes

The following cases are not subject to issuance.

If there is no notification from a medical institution

If you have self-examined with a simple test kit or have been determined to be positive by a PCR test that does not involve a doctor's diagnosis, and have not been examined by a medical institution after that, you will not be able to work because the medical institution has not notified the public health center. Restriction notice cannot be issued.

If you are located outside the jurisdiction of the Arakawa Ward Public Health Center

The public health center that has jurisdiction over the address where you were recuperating will issue a work restriction notice, so please contact the public health center.

In case of close contact

Close contacts will not be subject to the issuance of work restriction notices.
