Monthly childcare fees and side food expenses will be charged as usual. If your child does not plan to attend kindergarten for even one day in a month, please use the suspension of childcare. Applications for suspension of childcare must be submitted by the end of the month before the month of suspension.
Suspension of childcare (when nursery schools are closed on a monthly basis)
If your child does not plan to go to kindergarten for even one day in a month, by applying in advance, the childcare fee or side meal fee for that month will be exempted.
(1) Please submit an "application for suspension of childcare" to the nursery school by the end of the month before the month in which you wish to suspend childcare.
(2) The suspension period is limited to two months within the fiscal year . (The period from May to September 2021 is not included in the limit of two months.)

About the handling such as childcare charges after July, 2020 (as of the end of June, 2020)
From July 2020 onwards, monthly childcare and side meal costs will be charged as usual. We do not deduct the amount on a daily basis. If your child does not plan to attend kindergarten for even one day in a month, please use the suspension of childcare.
About extension of deadline for return to work of person entered by childcare leave (updated on June 24, 2020)
Due to the cancellation of the request to refrain from going to kindergarten, the deadline for returning to work from childcare leave will be handled as follows.
