About limitation of outbreak report of new coronavirus infectious disease (from September 26, 2022)

Based on the notification of the government on September 12, 2020, the people who are eligible to report the outbreak of the new coronavirus infectious disease will be limited. Those who fall under the following categories are eligible for notification.

If you are not sure whether you are subject to notification, please check with the medical institution where you received the treatment.

To those who are subject to notification of outbreak

At the Itabashi Public Health Center, Those who are subject to notification of occurrence (1) 65 years old or older, (2) those who require hospitalization, (3) those who are at risk of aggravation and need new corona treatment drugs or new oxygen administration, and (4) pregnant women) Regarding, after receiving the notification from the medical institution, we will contact you by phone or SMS in order.

* If you are found to be positive with an antigen qualitative kit, etc., and if you fall under (1) to (4), please visit a medical institution.

*If you are currently staying outside the ward, please call the Itabashi Ward Public Health Center (03-3579-2321) or the Itabashi Novel Corona Health Consultation Desk 03-4216-3852 (weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Please give me the phone.

To person who is not targeted for report of outbreak

For those who were not subject to the notification of the outbreak (those who consulted a medical institution, received a positive diagnosis, and were told that they were not subject to notification / those who were positive with an antigen qualitative kit and were not subject to notification), Registration with "Tokyo positive person registration center" please

There is no individual guidance from the public health center Therefore, while you are recuperating, please refer to the PDF below to monitor your own health and register with the "Positive Patient Registration Center", then apply for hotel recuperation and apply for food if necessary.

(2) Hotel (accommodation facility) medical treatment

Those with mild or no symptoms who do not require hospitalization can stay at facilities provided by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. A nurse is stationed 24 hours a day to provide daily health observations and health consultations.
There is no out-of-pocket expense for medical expenses or meals.
