1. About the waiting period for close contacts of family members living together

Regarding the waiting period for family members who live with a positive person and become a close contact, wait for 5 days from the date of onset of the infected person or the date on which infection control measures such as wearing a mask and washing hands are taken, whichever is later. will be canceled.
If the infected person has no symptoms, the date on which the specimen was collected will be considered the date of onset.

2. About the waiting period for close contacts other than family members living together

The incubation period for the new coronavirus is five days from the day after the last contact with an infected person. This period will be a health observation period, and we ask that you stay at home to prevent the spread of infection to those around you.
However, until the 7 days have passed, please check your own health condition, such as temperature measurement.

  • Please refrain from unnecessary and non-urgent contact with the elderly and high-risk people with underlying diseases.
  • Take your temperature every day and monitor your physical condition carefully.

Note: At the end of the health observation period, there will be no final confirmation phone call or PCR test from the public health center.

3.About PCR test

5. Precautions during the health observation period
