About proof of medical treatment period of new coronavirus infectious disease

From September 26, 2020, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare notified us that all notifications regarding new coronavirus infections have been reviewed. In response to this, as a general rule, public health centers no longer issue home care certificates. Regarding the documents related to the new coronavirus infection for insurance claims and the documents to be submitted to your employer, please use the medical treatment certificate screen of MY HER-SYS. Please confirm.
In addition, as the necessary documents when making a claim to the insurance company, instead of the medical treatment certificate screen of MY HER-SYS and the medical treatment certificate issued by the public health center, it may be possible to respond with a medical statement related to the new coronavirus infection. Therefore, please check with your insurance company regarding the required documents.
