Since there is a possibility that the guest may develop the infectious disease while staying at the accommodation facility, please be aware of the following points at the accommodation facility.

1. Encourage the guests to write accurately in the guest list
2. Provide information about the new coronavirus to guests, and tell them to report to the accommodation facility if they develop a fever or cough.
3. If a guest complains of developing symptoms, recommend that they contact a medical institution in advance and undergo a medical examination.
4. For guests who wish to receive medical treatment at a medical institution, provide support such as referral to a medical institution.
5. Recommend coughing etiquette and hand washing to employees. In particular, employees who deal with guests who have reported symptoms should take appropriate measures such as wearing a mask and visiting a medical institution if they have suspicious symptoms.
