(1) Sales or operating income for the month immediately preceding the date of application has decreased compared to the same period of the previous year or the same period of 2019.
(2) If the company has been established in the city for less than one year, the sales or operating income for the month preceding the application date has decreased compared to the three months prior to the month including the preceding month.

(Note) “Just before” means “last month” or “two months before”.

(Note) In addition to (1) and (2), it is necessary to meet the application requirements for the Bunkyo Ward SME Loan Intermediation Program.

(Note) Business diversification refers to the continuation or termination of the current business and the start of a new business in a different field.

(Note) Business format conversion refers to the development of a new business in a way that is different in raw materials, production processing technology, application, sales channel, or function, such as starting takeout or home delivery.

For those who have received loans as " emergency funds to respond to the current economic fluctuations" or "business diversification / business format conversion funds to respond to the current economic fluctuations" in the Bunkyo Ward Small and Medium Enterprise Loan Intermediation System , We will partially subsidize the credit guarantee fees paid to the Tokyo Credit Guarantee Corporation.

(Note) Those who have already received credit guarantee fee assistance from the ward for the financing of the "New Coronavirus Countermeasures Business Diversification / Business Conversion Fund" are eligible for "Business Diversification / Business Conversion to Respond to Current Economic Changes You cannot apply for credit guarantee fee assistance related to funds.
