Eligible people are limited to those who meet all of the following conditions a to c.
(a) Residents of Ota Ward over the age of 15 (b) Persons suspected of having novel coronavirus influenza, low risk of severe symptoms, and relatively mild symptoms (Note 1) Persons aged 65 or over, those with underlying diseases For those who are pregnant, please consult a medical institution because it is considered to be at risk of aggravation.

- Download the dedicated app curon and register an account
- When registering for an account, register your health insurance card information and credit card information for online payment.
- Book an online medical examination using the app (Reservations can be accepted 24 hours a day. The final reservation reception time on the day is 1 hour before the examination)
- Consultation hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (including weekends and holidays ).
- The maximum number of medical receptions is 50 per day (100 per day from December 29th to January 3rd)

- Online medical consultation (interview, diagnosis, prescription, etc.)

(5) Medicine prescription and delivery
- If you receive a prescription at the time of your consultation, the prescribed medicine will be delivered to your home (arrive on the same day or the next day)

- After the medical treatment fee (first visit fee including prescription drug fee is paid by yourself), mail the invoice to your home at a later date.
