We also accept reservations for mass vaccination venues

We accept reservations for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd vaccinations for children aged 5 to 11 as follows.
The third dose can be inoculated after 5 months have passed since the last time.
* You must bring your vaccination ticket and maternal and child health handbook . If you forget it, you will not be able to receive the vaccination.

Precautions when receiving inoculations at each health center

・ In order to avoid the three Cs in the venue, in principle, one parent will be accompanied by one child .
*Even if the brothers and sisters of the vaccinated person are accompanied by the guardian, as much as possible, please be alone.
・You must bring your vaccination ticket and maternal and child health handbook . If you forget it, you will not be able to receive the vaccination.
・Please refrain from contacting each health center directly.
