• The dates that can be applied for electronically are only the dates displayed on the electronic application application screen.
• Even if it is a date that cannot be selected by electronic application, it may be possible to apply, so please contact us by phone.
• When you send (apply) the application details via electronic application, the reservation for the medical examination is not completed.
• Even if you apply, you may be turned down because the capacity has already expired.
• We will notify you of the expiration of the quota by postcard within a week to 10 days from the date of application.
• For those who have confirmed their application for the medical examination, the examination ticket will be sent out within 1 week to 10 days from the date of application.

• Check-in reception start time is as follows. More information will be provided with your ticket.

• Cancer screening is for healthy people without symptoms. If you have symptoms or are already undergoing follow-up, see a doctor instead of a checkup.

If you would like a sign language interpreter, please apply at least 21 days prior to your desired date of consultation.

• Application by postcard Please mail it at least 15 days before the desired date. We also accept applications in envelopes.
• Application by electronic application (Internet) (Please apply at least 14 days before the desired date.)
• Apply at the window of the Health Promotion Section Adult Health Checkup Section (Ward Office South Building 3rd Floor, Window 21)
  Please bring something that can confirm your identity (My number card, driver's license, health insurance card, etc.).
