Flow of Vaccination Reservation Waiting Service (Bivalent Vaccination for Omicron Strains)

The following is the flow in the event that a surplus of vaccine occurs after registration for the waiting list for vaccination reservations (bivalent vaccination for Omicron strains).

  1. [Registration] Register necessary information such as contact information at the call center .
  2. [Advance notification] If there is a possibility that there will be a surplus of vaccines within 1.5 to 2 hours before the final reception time, we will contact the registered contact to confirm whether it is possible to visit on the day.
  3. [Information contact] If there is actually a surplus of vaccine, we will inform you about vaccination about 15 to 30 minutes before the final reception time.
  4. [Vaccination] Those who can be vaccinated, please come to the designated vaccination venue within 15 minutes .

*Please bring your vaccination ticket, pre-examination slip, and personal identification documents (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.).

Eligible people (those who can register)

Those who meet all the following conditions can register.

  • Those who have a vaccination ticket issued by Bunkyo Ward (including those who have submitted a notification of vaccination outside the address and have been approved)
  • Those aged 12 and over who have completed the first (1st and 2nd) vaccination
  • Those who have been inoculated for the first time (1st or 2nd), 3rd or 4th, and more than 3 months have passed since the last vaccination.

  • Those who can come to the vaccination site within 15 minutes after receiving a phone call from our ward.

Precautions for registration

Please be sure to read these precautions and agree to all of the contents before registering for the "Vaccine Reservation Waiting Service (Bivalent Vaccine for Omicron Strains)".

  • We will inform you if there is a surplus of vaccine due to cancellation of the reservation on the day, but it does not guarantee vaccination .
  • Please come to the vaccination venue within 15 minutes after receiving the phone call.
  • If you forget your vaccination ticket, you cannot be vaccinated. Please be sure to bring it without detaching it from the mount.
  • Please refrain from getting vaccinated if you have a fever or are not feeling well.
  • If you do not receive a response from our ward when we contact you by phone, we will contact someone else. Please note that we will not be able to respond even if you call back after that.
  • Direct inquiries to the vaccination venue and reception of waiting for cancellation are not possible. Accepted at the call center .
  • There is no dedicated parking lot or bicycle parking lot for the mass vaccination venue. Please come on foot or by public transportation. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation expenses.
  • Please do not park your bicycle on the street near the venue or in front of the facility as it will cause inconvenience to facility users and neighbors.
  • This service is intended for those who have been vaccinated for the Omicron strain bivalent vaccine for more than 3 months since the previous vaccination was completed.
