Notification subject

A person who separates a child other than a child within the fourth degree of kinship from a person who exercises parental authority or a guardian of a minor, and has the child live with him or her with the intention of living with him/her for more than 3 months (1 month for infants), or A person who has lived with the child continuously for 2 months (20 days or more for infants)

Notification period

Within 3 months from the day you started living together (within 1 month for infants)

Notification of cancellation of cohabiting children

If the person who submitted the above notification ceases to live together, the notification must be made within one month from the day on which they ceased to live together.
