At the end of June 2022, we sent out information on renewal procedures to those whose certificate of specified medical expenses (designated intractable disease) is valid until November 30, 2022. It turned out that we enclosed information for those with different expiration dates (those whose expiration date is until October 31, 2022 ).
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to everyone who is subject to the update procedure.
We are very sorry for those who received the wrong information, but please pay attention to the following points and proceed with the renewal procedure.
(1) Application acceptance period
Please complete the renewal procedures at the counter of the municipality where you live by September 2, 2020 (Friday) .

(2) Documents to confirm household income (residence tax taxation (tax exemption) certificate, etc.)
It is necessary to submit certificates, etc. for FY2024 (income from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021), not for FY2021, so be sure not to make any mistakes. Please.
