Nursing care facility for the elderly (special nursing home for the elderly)

This facility is for those who need constant care in their daily lives and find it difficult to live at home.
Those who need nursing care can receive nursing care for bathing, excretion, meals, etc., daily life care, functional training, health management, and recuperation care.
Those who have been certified as needing long-term care 3 or higher can enter.
Admission will be decided at each facility in order of priority. Please contact each facility directly to apply for use.

Long-term care health facility (health facility for the elderly)

If your condition is stable and you need care with a focus on rehabilitation, you can enter for a certain period of time.
Please contact each facility directly for application for use and admission decision.

Nursing care clinic

Facilities for recuperation management, nursing, nursing care under medical nursing, functional training, other necessary medical care, and care for daily life.
Please contact each facility directly for application and admission decisions.

Nursing care for residents of specific facilities (care house)

This is a facility for people aged 60 and over who find it difficult to live at home due to their family environment or housing circumstances.

Living Nursing Care for Residents of Specified Facilities (Paid Nursing Home)

It is a facility for receiving care and daily life services and leading an independent life.

Group home for the elderly with dementia (community care for dementia)

This is a home where elderly people with dementia live together in a small group in a family-like environment according to the lifestyle rhythms of the users.
While receiving assistance such as care in daily life and functional training from specialized nursing care staff, each person will make use of their abilities and perform housework etc. together.

Day service center (day care)

There is a shuttle service by bus, etc., and you can receive nursing care services such as meals, bathing, recreation, and daily life training.

Day care for dementia (day care for preventive dementia)

Elderly people with dementia can go to the office on a day trip and receive services such as assistance in daily life and functional training.

Small-scale multi-functional in-home care (preventive long-term care small-scale multi-functional in-home care)

Centered on "commuting", it can be used by combining "visit" and "overnight" services according to the user's choice.
Users can receive services such as assistance in daily life and functional training in a homely atmosphere with a small number of people.

Nursing small-scale multifunctional home care

You can receive a service that adds the function of home-visit nursing to small-scale multifunctional in-home care.

Short-term admission life care (short stay)

You will be admitted to a facility for a short period of time and receive nursing care. The facility has a support system for eating, bathing, excretion, etc., and you can participate in recreation and rehabilitation while you are in the facility.

Night-time home-visit nursing care

At night, the user shall: 1. Home-visit nursing care service on a regular basis, 2. Visiting services at any time according to the user's request; 3. You can receive a 24-hour operation service that adjusts and responds to user reports.

Regular patrols and occasional home-visit nursing care

Users shall: 1. Regular home-visit nursing care service several times a day according to the rhythm of life, 2. 24-hour operation service that adjusts and responds to reports; A 24-hour home-visit nursing care service is available according to the user's request.

Urban low-cost nursing home

This is a housing for low-income elderly people who are worried about leading an independent daily life due to a decline in physical function. In addition to serving meals in private rooms, all rooms have communal bathrooms, etc., and staff are stationed 24 hours a day to confirm safety and keep an eye on them.
This facility is not covered by long-term care insurance, so if you need long-term care services after entering the facility, you will be asked to use an outside long-term care service.
