If you have a Sumon Maruto medical ticket and the validity period of the medical ticket is until September 30, 2022, you will need to renew it.

The documents necessary for the renewal procedure were sent on June 24, 2022 from the Bureau of Social Welfare and Public Health along with the "notice of expiration of the validity period." When you receive it, please complete the renewal procedure at the window of the ward or municipality where you live (see the list of special ward or municipal window below).

If you did not receive the documents required for the renewal procedure, or if you would like to take the procedure sooner, we apologize for the inconvenience, but after receiving the necessary documents at the window of the municipality where you live, Please complete the update procedure.

In order to receive a new medical ticket within the expiration date of the current medical ticket ( September 30, 2022 ), it is necessary to complete the renewal procedure by July 29, 2022 . (However, if there are any incomplete documents, we may not be able to deliver within the deadline.)

Also, if you wish to renew so that there is no period during which you cannot receive medical expense subsidies, please be sure to complete the procedures by the expiration date (September 30, 2022) .
