If you are enrolled in National Health Insurance (hereinafter referred to as National Health Insurance) and move to another ward or municipality for study, you will continue to be enrolled in Nakano Ward's National Health Insurance (excluding students who are self-supporting). If applicable, please notify the National Health Insurance after submitting a moving-out notification. A new health insurance card will be issued by Nakano Ward upon notification. If there is no notification, you will not be eligible for National Health Insurance.
