In the ward, we have developed the ward's original strength training "Shinjuku 100 training" recommended for seniors under the supervision of the Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Health and Geriatrics, and you can continue to work in groups in a familiar place. We provide support for independent management.

What is "Shinjuku 100 Training"?

  2. Voluntary group once a week

  4. A group that is registered with the ward as a group that conducts Shinjuku 100 training and can accept new participants.
