Metropolitan Pediatric Tuberculosis Case Study Group

About Tokyo Pediatric Tuberculosis Case Study Group

The number of pediatric tuberculosis patients is steadily declining, but along with this, society's awareness is fading, and there are concerns about delays in the detection of tuberculosis and a decline in the ability of medical institutions and government agencies to respond to outbreaks. For this reason, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is co-sponsoring a pediatric tuberculosis case review meeting with Dr. Osamu Tokunaga of the National Hospital Organization Nankyo Hospital.
