About preparation and submission of facility list

Medical Safety Division, Medical Policy Department, Social Welfare and Public Health Bureau

In our section, we ask for making and submission of facility list every year to grasp outline of hospital facility on conduct of on-the-spot inspection based on rule of medical law Article 25 Clause 1.
For this fiscal year, please create the report with March 31, 2022 as the reference date, and submit it by email to the address below.
