[Regarding reservations at municipal facilities]
This is a one-time reservation. For the next dose, the ward will make a reservation after the vaccination. (Enter the same day of the week, time, and venue 3 weeks or 8 weeks after vaccination.)
If the date and time/venue reserved by the ward is not convenient for you, you can change or cancel the reservation from the reservation site.
[Regarding hospital reservations]
Once you make a reservation for the first dose, the second dose will be automatically scheduled for the same day, time, and venue three weeks later (set reservation). Please make a reservation after considering the second date and time.
The third vaccination is not an automatic reservation. Please make an appointment to inoculate.

Things to bring on the day

On the day of the vaccination, a parent or guardian must be present and the consent signature of the parent or guardian is required.
For those celebrating their 5th birthday
- Infant vaccines are also used if children reach their 5th birthday by the time of the 2nd or 3rd dose.
- If your child reaches his or her 5th birthday without having had the infant vaccine, they will receive two doses of the 5-11 year old vaccine . The vaccination ticket is for infants, and the third vaccination ticket is not used.
