Effort obligation is applied to infant vaccination. This vaccination is implemented from the perspective of emergency prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, and is based on the intention of asking the public to cooperate with the vaccination. The provision of "obligation to make efforts" is also applied to many of the routine vaccinations (vaccination for four types of mixture, measles, and rubella) performed based on the Preventive Vaccination Act, and is different from the obligation.
