Effects of infant vaccination

Studies (clinical trials) to confirm the efficacy and safety of vaccines have been conducted in multiple countries overseas for infants aged 6 months to 4 years.

  • (For 4-year-olds) You can get vaccinated until the day before your 5th birthday.

*If a child is 4 years old or younger at the time of the first vaccination and reaches the day before his or her 5th birthday at the time of the second or third vaccination, the infant vaccine is also used for the second and third vaccinations .

About vaccination interval with other vaccines such as influenza vaccine
  • The new corona vaccine and influenza vaccine can be vaccinated at the same time without leaving an inoculation interval.
  • Vaccines other than influenza vaccine cannot be given at the same time. Each person can be vaccinated two weeks after receiving the other vaccine.

  • A second dose can be given 3 weeks after the first dose.
  • A third vaccination can be given at an interval of 8 weeks after the second vaccination.

About sending vaccination tickets

On November 14th (Monday) , we sent a batch of vaccination tickets to children aged 6 months to 4 years old. From now on, we will send out the vaccination ticket in the month before the month when the child turns 6 months old.

If you have lost your vaccination ticket, please apply electronically or by mailing the application form. It takes about 1-2 weeks from the time you apply until you receive the vaccination ticket.
