- The number of new positive cases (preliminary figure) in the fourth week of December 2022 (December 26 to January 1, 2023) was 1,583.
- In the 7th wave after June this year, the number of new positive cases started to increase from the first week of June (June 4th to 10th). The infection spread rapidly after the 4th week of June (25th to July 1st), and in the 4th week of July, the number of cases reached 5,405, surpassing the peak of the 6th wave. After that, peaking at 5,405 in the 4th week of July, the number gradually decreased after the 1st week of August, ending the 7th wave.
- After that, the number of new positive cases began to increase after hitting a bottom of 411 in the second week of October (October 10-16). After 456 people in the 4th week of October, the trend continued to increase, and the number was 2,214 in the 3rd week of December. In the fourth week of December, there was a decrease in the number of reported cases due to the closure of medical institutions during the year-end and New Year holidays, but this is considered to be a temporary phenomenon. - PCR test center: Only PCR tests are performed on mildly ill patients introduced by medical institutions. There are two locations in the district. (Opened on April 30 and July 16)
- Medical/examination medical institutions: PCR tests and antigen tests are carried out at local medical institutions (based on a contract with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government). We also provide regular medical care.
- Returnee contact outpatient (new corona outpatient): Testing and medical treatment for moderately ill patients and close contacts requested by medical institutions. There are 3 locations in the area.
- Active epidemiological surveys: Epidemiological surveys conducted by public health centers and PCR tests for pneumonia patients suspected of viral infection.
