*It is not the total number of positive people who occurred in the city. - The positive people to be announced are as follows (as of October 6, 2022).
1) Persons aged 65 and over (those aged 65 and over at the time of examination are eligible)
2) Those who require hospitalization
3) Those who have been judged by a doctor to be at risk of aggravation and need new corona treatment drugs and oxygen administration
4) Those who are pregnant - In addition to the above data, as reference information, the number of people by age group (including those with addresses outside the city) who received a positive diagnosis after visiting a medical institution in the city will be posted in PDF format.

- Adachi Public Health Center counts by the day the notification of the outbreak was received (not the date of diagnosis).
- I am creating lists and graphs.
- As a general rule, the list will be updated on the day after the Adachi public health center receives the notification of the outbreak. Data will not be updated on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and will be updated on the next business day.
- The graphs are divided into 65 and over and others, and as a general rule, the weekly totals in the table are updated according to the day when they are calculated and added.

About public announcement such as the new coronavirus infection situation
- "Infected person outbreak status, etc. in the city (graphs [1] to [4])" is calculated based on the database compiled from the outbreak reports received by Adachi City. Therefore, the number of infected people announced by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government may differ.
- "The number of PCR tests, the positive rate, and the medical treatment status of infected people (graphs [5] and [6])" are calculated based on the database compiled by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
- Only those who actually live in the ward will be listed.
- If you have an address in the city, but your main residence is outside the city (no actual residence), it will not be subject to public announcement.
- Depending on when the notification of occurrence was confirmed, it may be included in the graph retroactively.
- Graph publishing assumes Wednesday, April 1, 2020 (Wednesday) the reference date when we decided "basic policy about public announcement of ward" and assumes weekly unit from Wednesday to Tuesday.

About updating data
- Graphs [1], [2], [3] and [6] will be updated on the next day in principle if a new infected person is confirmed. However, data will not be updated on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and will be updated on the next business day.
- Graphs [4] and [5] are updated every Friday. However, if Friday is a public holiday, it will be updated on the next business day.
- If there are no new infected people, we will update only the page date.
- Information may be revised after publication.
- If the number of infected people in a day is large, it may take time to compile the data and update the data may be delayed.
- The ratio of the number of infected people (recovery/death/number/percentage in treatment/recuperation) was deleted on September 10, because it took time to confirm the recovery status due to the rapid increase in the number of infected people. Did.
