At the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Work Environment Improvement Support Center, in order to provide information that leads to improvement of the work environment related to labor management and medical business management for managers and administrative staff of medical institutions, "Work Environment Kaizen Support Navi" is issued.
We will provide one-point advice for managers and clerical staff of medical institutions who feel "problems" and "what to do in such cases" regarding labor management and management on a daily basis, so please make use of it.

At the Tokyo Medical Work Environment Improvement Support Center, social insurance labor consultants and medical management consultants are assigned to provide free support to create opportunities for initiatives to improve the work environment at medical institutions.
We provide support tailored to the situation of your hospital, such as analysis of the current situation, proposal of improvement methods for issues, introduction of case studies, and in-hospital training. We are also available for telephone and visit consultations.
