Use and reservations for year-end and New Year holidays

It will be open until December 28th (Wednesday) at the end of the year and from January 4th (Wednesday) at the beginning of the year.

At Piyopiyo Hiroba, we are taking measures against the new coronavirus infectious disease, such as limiting the number of users and the number of times of use by advance reservation by phone, and measuring the temperature at the time of visit.

(Please note that the contents of the open space such as leaflets and the business contents have been changed.)

Currently, we have received many reservations, and more and more people are unable to use the service at their desired time.

Hiroba usage guide

Requests when using

Registration is required to use the Hiroba . The first time will be used for 1 hour including registration.

• In order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we are implementing advance reservations and limiting the number of people. It cannot be used without a reservation. Please be sure to make a reservation in advance.
• Please take your temperature before going out. Please refrain from using if you are not feeling well, such as if the temperature is 37.5℃ or higher.
• We ask for your cooperation in temperature measurement and disinfection at the reception desk. (If the temperature is 37.5℃ or higher or if you have cold symptoms, we will refuse to use it.)
• In order to prevent infection in the hiroba, the hiroba staff will wear masks. Please note.
• In the open space, please follow the instructions of the staff.
• If you suspect that you have a new coronavirus infection after using the facility, please contact us immediately.

Children under the age of 3 living outside the ward and their guardians can use it only if there is availability on the day of use.

In addition, we receive many reservations every week, and the sky on the day of use is very low. Please note that even if you contact us, we may not be able to guide you on how to use it.

• We are disinfecting the facility at times other than the use time. Please help us to observe the usage time.

Up to once a day, twice a week

• Weeks with 3 days or less open days due to holidays, etc. will be used once a week.
• Please note that cancellation after the usage time has passed will be used.

8 groups each time

4 people or less per group (up to 2 adults per group)

In order to secure space between users in the Hiroba, please use it with the minimum number of people necessary.
