From January 7 (Saturday), the former Kosei College of Nursing will allow 3rd, 4th, and 5th vaccinations without a reservation.
【Implementation time】
January: 10:00 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. (not available from 12:00 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.)
February: Thursday and Friday from 1:00 pm to 6:40 pm (not available from 3:00 pm to 4:20 pm), Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:40 pm (noon to 1:20 pm) minute is not allowed)
Please be sure to bring your vaccination ticket and identification documents (My Number card, health insurance card, etc.) when you are vaccinated.
In addition, if there are many people who wish to be vaccinated without an appointment, we may have to wait until the inoculation or may not be able to receive the inoculation, so please make an appointment in advance as much as possible.

At present, the Omicron strain vaccine (bivalent vaccine) is only administered once per person, and multiple doses cannot be administered.

Target audience

Those aged 12 and over who have completed the first vaccination (1st and 2nd doses)
The 4th inoculation of the conventional vaccine was limited to those aged 60 and over and those with underlying diseases, but the Omicron strain vaccine can be administered to anyone who meets the above conditions.

3 months after the first, third, and fourth vaccinations

Number of inoculations
At present, only one dose of the Omicron strain vaccine (bivalent vaccine) is given per person.

  • Pfizer bivalent vaccine for Omicron strain (BA.4-5) (Target: 12 years and older)
  • Moderna Bivalent Vaccine for Omicron Strains (BA.4-5) (Target: 12 years and older )

(note)

  • Moderna's bivalent vaccine (BA.4-5) for Omicron strain has been changed from 18 years old to 12 years old from December 14 (Wednesday).
  • Moderna's Omicron strain bivalent vaccine, which is being administered at Town Seven Forum U, has been changed to BA.4-5 from December 2nd (Friday). (The vaccination was scheduled to start on December 9, but it has been moved forward.)
  • At the mass vaccination venue in Suginami Ward, from November 1st (Tuesday), Pfizer's Omicron strain vaccine (bivalent vaccine) (BA.4-5) has been inoculated. (Excluding 1st and 2nd doses).

Inoculation of elementary school students, junior high school students, and high school students
  • Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a guardian if they are to be vaccinated . If a parent or guardian cannot accompany the child, an adult representative with a power of attorney is required to accompany the child. If you are a high school student or older, you do not need to be accompanied by a guardian, but please fill in the emergency contact information that you can contact at any time on the preliminary examination form.
  • If a person under the age of 16 is to be vaccinated, a guardian must sign the vaccination request form on the vaccination form. If you are 16 years of age or older, the person receiving the vaccination must sign it.
Vaccination ticket (coupon)

You can continue to use unused vaccination tickets that have been sent to you.
If you have an unused 3rd and 4th vaccination ticket and have not received the conventional vaccine, you can use the ticket to receive the Omicron strain vaccine.

Notifications were sent to those who have not received the 3rd and 4th vaccinations and are eligible to be vaccinated as of October.

Interval between doses when receiving another vaccination

Simultaneous vaccination with new corona vaccine and influenza vaccine is possible.
However, vaccines other than influenza vaccine cannot be vaccinated at the same time as the new corona vaccine. Each can be vaccinated two weeks after receiving the other vaccine.
