For those who have been designated as close contacts or who may be
Regarding calls from public health centers (as of July 22, 2022)
A positive person's housemate will be a close contact. We will conduct an epidemiological survey on the positive person over the web or by phone.
When the infection spreads, it is not possible to contact those who have been in close contact. If you have symptoms, seek medical attention
Please give me.
Health observation period (as of July 22, 2022)
・The health observation period will be 5 days from the date of the last contact with the person who was diagnosed as positive, and the standby will be lifted on the 6th day.
Example) Last contact date July 22nd ⇒ Health observation period Until July 27th
In addition, if negative results are confirmed on both days on the 2nd and 3rd days using an antigen qualitative test kit that has been approved as an in-vitro diagnostic drug (*), it will be possible to determine whether the person is a person who maintains social functions. Regardless, it was possible to cancel the standby from the third day. However, please do the following two things until the 7 days have passed.
・Confirmation of health status by temperature measurement, etc.
・Avoid contact with high-risk people such as the elderly and those with underlying diseases, visit high-risk facilities, use places with high risk of infectious diseases, avoid dining together, and implement infection control measures such as wearing masks.
*Antigen qualitative test kit is self-expense
However, until the 7 days have passed, please monitor your own health, such as taking your temperature. It will also apply to those on standby as of July 22, 2022.
* If the positive person is waiting for hospitalization (or hotel admission) and is on standby at home, and if it is difficult to isolate at home, the date of hospitalization (or hotel admission) will be the last date of contact.
*If the positive person is being treated at home, and if it is difficult to isolate at home (separating the living room and meals, etc.) during home treatment, the day the positive person is released from medical treatment will be the last date of contact.
*Four conditions for isolation
1. Separate rooms
2. Separate meals (do not eat together)
3. Separate toilets or implement disinfection after using the toilet
4. Make the order of bathing for positive people last or separate bathing days
・Even if the PCR test result is negative, the end date of the health observation period will not change. (The accuracy of the PCR test is about 70%, and even positive results may result in negative results, so observation is necessary until the end of the incubation period.)
Precautions for daily life during the health observation period
・Take your temperature twice a day (morning and evening) and monitor your physical condition carefully.
・During the health observation period, it is a "period where you may be infected". In order to prevent the spread of infection, please refrain from going out and avoid contact with other people as much as possible.
*Please refrain from going to nursery school or kindergarten, going to school, or going to work at your company or part-time job. In addition, please refrain from cram schools, lessons, and private meetings.
*If you have no choice but to go out (purchase of daily necessities such as food, etc.), please be sure to wear a mask and avoid using public transportation during non-crowded hours.
