Enter health status

Please enter your health status (whether you have symptoms such as fever or cough) by noon every day.

You can view your medical treatment certificate on My HER-SYS (only for those who are eligible to report the outbreak)

By registering with My HER-SYS, medical care certificates can now be displayed in electronic format.
If you have completed treatment within 7 days from the date of onset (7 days from the date of sample collection if you are asymptomatic), please obtain a medical treatment certificate from My HER-SYS.
However, if any of the following apply to you, My HER-SYS will not be able to prove the duration of your medical treatment.

1. Those whose medical treatment period exceeds 7 days from the date of onset
