Loan of mother and child and father and child welfare fund

Single-mother and single-father households will be provided with the necessary funds to live an economically independent and stable life. In principle, one joint guarantor is required.

Eligible person

Mothers of single-mother households or fathers of single-father households who have lived in Tokyo for 6 months or more and are supporting children under the age of 20.

Repayment method

You will be required to repay the loan in annual, half-yearly, or monthly installments in equal installments of principal and interest within the redemption period.

penalty

If repayment is not made by the specified date, a penalty of 3% per annum will be charged on the principal.

About the joint guarantor

One joint guarantor who meets all of the following requirements is required.

  • Have lived in Tokyo or nearby prefectures for more than 6 months
  • earn an independent living
  • You are not already a co-guarantor for this fund
