(3) Cut out the application form (postcard), attach a 63-yen stamp, and apply by mail. (valid postmark on the day)

(2) Barber shops and beauty shops in the ward (3,000 yen subsidy)
(3) Acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, and shiatsu treatment in the ward (1 time supplementary ticket, self-pay 1 time 300 yen)

(5) Nerima Ward Children's Nature House "Verde" (3,000 yen meal supplement ticket)
(6) Sports club in the ward (free ticket for 2 times)

* (1), (2), (3), and (6) can only be used at stores designated by the ward.
* (2) and (3) are not available for on-site services.
*For (4), please pay 300 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and 400 yen on specific days.
* (5) can only be used for meals. It cannot be used for basic charges (free for those over 75), private room charges, etc.
*To use (7), it is necessary to register for Nerima City Ikigai Day Service in advance.
