1 Eligible users, hours of use, fees, etc.
1 Target users
Those who fall under any of the following among the guardians of children aged 0 to 5 (children who fall under the class for children aged 0 to 5 at nursery schools). However, it cannot be used when the guardian is on maternity leave, childcare leave, etc.
- Guardians of children on waiting lists: Guardians whose children have been placed on waiting lists as a result of receiving childcare authorization and applying for admission to a nursery school, etc.
- Parents who have completed childcare leave : Parents who return to work from the child's 1st birthday after completing one year of childcare leave without applying for admission to a 0-year-old child class at a nursery school (need to receive childcare certification). , Those who apply for admission to a nursery school, etc. for the 1-year-old class (admission in April) in the year following the return to work.
- Parents who need nighttime childcare : Guardians who have received childcare certification and need childcare at least once a week during the nighttime hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following morning) for reasons such as work The condition is that you are in a situation where you need childcare.)
2 Usage hours, fees, service details, etc.
Usage time and fee
- Utilization time
From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays), for those who have been approved for standard childcare hours, up to 11 hours per day and 220 hours per month; can be used up to 8 hours a day and 160 hours a month.
For those who need nighttime childcare, it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a maximum of 220 hours per month.

150 yen including tax per hour (amount using the subsidy ticket issued by the dedicated system of this project)
Usage fees, contract fees, admission fees, cancellation fees, etc. that exceed the upper limit of usage time are not covered by the subsidy.

Under this project, there is a subsidy system with an upper limit of 20,000 yen per month for transportation expenses for babysitters to go to users' homes.

3 Precautions for use
- Users must follow the procedures in Article 9 (Responsibilities of Users) of the attached file "Terms and Conditions for Babysitter Support Service" .
- If the requirements of Article 11 of the Terms of Service are met during the service usage period, the service will be terminated even if it is within the usage period that the city originally approved the use in the eligibility confirmation letter.
- The subsidy ticket cannot be used for any other than the month specified on the ticket and the target child. Also, even if there is a surplus, it cannot be used in excess of the upper limit for one day or one month, nor can it be used for discounts on enrollment fees other than childcare fees or babysitter transportation expenses.
- Since this business is not a business that directly mediates babysitters, we do not guarantee the use of babysitters for those who wish to use them. In addition, the City and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government cannot be involved in any troubles related to the contract with the babysitter business. - Currently, those who are receiving subsidies for parents of certified nursery schools cannot use this system together (co-payment). Please choose one or the other.
