The Nursing Managers Liaison Conference is one of the forums for independent activities by each nursing manager in the community, with the support of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, in order to "improve the quality of nursing" by nursing staff in Tokyo. , symposiums, and information exchange among nursing managers.
The Nursing Managers Liaison Conference also functions as an opportunity to promote independent network activities by nursing managers in units such as medical areas and wards and cities, and as a place to provide information.

We have entered the third year of our efforts to combat the new coronavirus infection, and the situation continues to be more difficult than ever, including infection control, securing human resources, and human resource development. In this situation, it is especially important to secure and retain human resources who can respond flexibly to the needs of the times.
This year's theme was "Retention of human resources in anticipation of the corona disaster", and in the first session, we learned what nursing managers should do from the perspective of "retention management" regarding the retention of trained staff.
This time, the second time, we will consider how to fulfill that role as a nursing manager, aiming for human resource retention. Based on the lecturer's own experience as a nursing manager, I would like to ask for suggestions about the problems and worries that nursing managers have. Let's think about each other so that it will be a hint for the future.
