When a comprehensive business/community-based service provider calculates base-increase additions, etc., "Notification concerning systems, etc. pertaining to calculation of support additions such as base-up increases for care workers (specified) care workers, etc." must be submitted.
Please note that if you do not submit your plans, etc. by the submission deadline, the month in which the base-increase addition, etc. will be calculated will be delayed. In addition, we cannot calculate addition retroactively basically.

If you want to calculate base-up additions from October 2022, please mail the following plans, etc. to Minato-ku by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 (must arrive) . Please submit.
