Nakano Ward Special Nursing Home for the Elderly Priority Admission Guidelines (Opens in a new window.)
* The ward, together with special nursing homes within the ward, has created the Nakano Ward Special Nursing Home Admission Guidelines. In order to ensure "high standards" and "transparency and fairness in the decision-making process", Nakano Ward established common examination standards. Priority is determined by a primary evaluation based on common screening criteria (level of nursing care required, caregiver status, housing status, etc.) and a secondary evaluation based on each home's criteria.
