Insurance premiums for primary insured persons
The income level of long-term care insurance premiums for insured persons aged 65 and over is determined each fiscal year based on the total income of the previous year. Even if the household is the same, please pay the premium for each individual. In addition, long-term care premium is set every three years depending on review of long-term care insurance business plan.
Long-term care insurance premiums for the 8th business plan period (2021 to 2023)
Based on the total amount of insurance payment costs planned for the 8th term, the standard amount of nursing care insurance premiums (6,245 yen per month) is determined. Income levels and premium amounts are the same as in the 7th term.
